Nothing is more “gangsta” than getting pissy off Lone Star and riding a bike. I should know, I got the scars to prove it. And on April 3rd, Lone Star Beer is presenting an Urban Bicycle April Fool’s Day Race.

Sign up for race begins at 3pm at Sam Houston Park in downtown Houston. This will be an “alley-cat” kinda race/scavenger hunt through the city with unexpected twists… Bag and lock required to play. There’s an $8 suggested entry fr…ee with proceeds going to The Houston Bicycle Messenger Association. Great prizes for all who enter, and racers receive a free event T-shirt and spoke cards.

After-party and ceremony to take place at The Moon Tower Inn at 3004 Canal St. Free beer provided by Lone Star and some great side events like “Hands on a Light Body” where participants have a chance to win a 50cm Volume Cutter freestyle frame & Fu Man Chu freestyle fork provided by Lone Star Beer and the great folks at Houston Fixed Gear.
